Shipping Policy

Delivery Process:

Once our system processes your order, your products are inspected thoroughly to ensure they are in perfect condition.

After your order has been completed, you will receive an email and message also with the details of the processing of your order from time to time.

After they pass through the final round of quality checks, they are packed and handed over to our trusted delivery partner.

Our delivery partners then bring the package to you at the earliest possible. In case, they are unable to reach your provided address or at a suitable time, they will contact you to resolve the issue.

Item Packaging:

We package our products in boxes covered in a plastic layer. Each product is packaged in bubble wrap while fragile items are safely secured with additional bubble wrap.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our packaging. To date, we have received minimal complaints about damaged products due to our packaging.


The Range of Location:

For courier products, we ship throughout India across all locations served by reputed courier companies.

Track the Order After Shipping:

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with the details of the tracking number and the courier company that is processing your order.

You can track the status of your package 24 hours after your order is dispatched from our store.

Note: Your order will ship through any of the above-mentioned courier partners which is most effective and suitable at the time of booking.

Delivery Time:

We dispatch most orders the estimated shipping time (in business days i.e. excluding public holidays and Sundays) is mentioned against every item and may vary from item to item. The shipping time mentioned refers to delivery in those areas covered by reputed couriers through which we send our consignment. In case a reputed courier does not cover a particular remote location then we will send the consignment by speed/registered post through the Indian Postal Services, which may take 1-2 weeks depending upon the location, with every order, we will send you an email containing the details of the order placed by you. Please note Dispatch may be delayed on the occasion of any festival, holiday, or Special offer.

Due to Festivals/ Natural Disasters/ Riots/ Strikes or any other unavoidable circumstances Delivery Time may get Extended.


Shipping Chargers:

For a limited period, Get Free Shipping on all orders. We have all right to withdraw this offer anytime without further notification.

Pickup From Store Facility:

We also provide a pickup Facility from our Bangalore Store

Notes:

Cash on Delivery (COD) Service is not available right now.

Yashas Computers Inc.. is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Unfortunately, we do not ship outside India at the moment. However, we are working on starting international delivery as soon as possible, so stay tuned!

If any promotional or exclusive shipping is running on a specific product, occasion, or for a specific zone of the country then please refer to the terms of that particular offer too.

We might ship Multiple Order IDs of the Same Customers Together in a Single Parcel to avoid delay in Transit.

We also might ship a Single Order in Multiple Box/Tracking for Proper Packaging to avoid damage of the Product.
